Courtney Aldridge joined J. Morgan Design in 2025, bringing with her a strong background in flooring sales and customer service. She serves as a residential designer and project manager with a passion for creating spaces that reflect real life, family and connection. Her interests include approachable style, attention to detail, and commitment to creating a positive client experience from start to finish.

Courtney is a graduate of East Carolina University. She and her husband Chad are proud parents to three children – Sarah Grace, Henry and Walker – and are actively involved in local baseball and community events. Outside of work, Courtney enjoys traveling and cheering on the Rampants and Pirates with her family.
