Grimesland Renovation

Wayne Hardee Law is a legal office in Greenville defined by a redesigned workspace that balances tradition with a modern client experience. The existing two-story building had great bones but had to be gutted and totally redesigned and space planned in order to meet the needs of the law firm. The renovation features carpet, custom wallcoverings, thoughtfully designed lighting, motorized blinds, and carefully selected furniture throughout. New signage reinforces the firm’s identity with a fresh, cohesive look. As with all remodels and new builds, space planning and function is our primary goal.

Minges Bottling Group

Minges Bottling Group is a corporate headquarters in Ayden defined by a refined lobby and executive suite that reflect the brand’s legacy and forward-thinking vision. A custom accent rug inspired by the Pepsi swoosh creates a bold first impression, while carpet, wallcoverings, rugs, and furniture elevate the executive areas. The result is a polished, functional environment that honors the company’s heritage.

Ronald McDonald House

Ronald McDonald House is a nonprofit facility in Greenville defined by a major addition that expands its ability to support families. The new bedroom and kitchen wing is designed to be both functional and uplifting, incorporating carpeting, luxury vinyl tile, signage—including a sponsor wall—artwork, furniture, wallcoverings, and blinds throughout. A project dear to our hearts, J. Morgan Design was also involved in the design of the original home in the 1980s. The new addition was designed to seamlessly connect to the original home, creating a cohesive environment that supports comfort, care, and community.

Current Dental

Current Dental is a dental office in Greenville defined by the transformation of a former bank into a calm, spa-inspired environment. The reception area features marble accents, warm wood millwork, textured wallcoverings, enhanced carpeting, and specialty lighting that highlights architectural details. Treatment rooms balance comfort with advanced technology, while a palette of soft neutrals and deeper accents creates a sophisticated, patient-centered experience.

Boviet Solar

Boviet Solar is a corporate facility in Greenville defined by a modern, brand-driven workplace transformation. Updated reception and meeting areas feature porcelain tile, carpet, and LVT flooring, paired with sleek office furniture and signature orange accents. Enhanced lighting brightens the entrance, while roller shades throughout provide both functionality and a cohesive aesthetic.

WHHS Wealth Advisors

Warner, Hood, Hardee & Stroud is a financial office in Greenville defined by the transformation of a former medical space into a refined professional environment. The design incorporates LVT flooring, carpet, fresh wallcoverings, accent lighting, and updated furniture across the conference room, lobby, and offices. The result is a polished space aligned with the firm’s trusted approach.

Raine Spa & Wellness

Raine Spa & Wellness is a day spa in Greenville defined by a complete renovation that creates a calming, immersive environment. Soft lighting, natural textures, and sensory elements establish a serene atmosphere, while herringbone wood flooring and patterned wood LVT add warmth, texture, and visual interest throughout.

Lexington Farms Modern

Lexington Farms Modern is a new build residential project in Greenville defined by a clean, modern aesthetic shaped by layered materials and thoughtful detailing. Tile, wallpaper, paint, and flooring work together to create depth and visual interest, while subtle contrasts in finish and pattern add dimension. A curated color palette ties the space together, resulting in a cohesive and livable environment.

Rock Springs Master Bath

Rock Springs Master Bath is a private residential bathroom in Greenville defined by a full remodel that embraces a dark, moody aesthetic grounded in organic design. Soapstone-look quartz countertops, frameless cabinetry, and vinyl grass cloth-textured wallcoverings create depth and warmth, while layered textures and quality plumbing fixtures complete the space. The result is a calm, spa-like retreat designed for both function and longevity.

Coastal Par

Coastal Par is a retail store in Greenville defined by the transformation of a former space into a refined, detail-driven environment. A wood accent wall anchors the interior, adding warmth, texture, and character, while exterior façade updates and new signage extend the same level of craftsmanship and design continuity.

Macclesfield Residence

The Macclesfield Residence is a private home on the outskirts of Greenville defined by a remodel of the kitchen, wet bar, and powder bath that balances bold character with timeless design. A custom hood and Cambria countertops anchor the kitchen, while custom lighting, statement tile, distinctive plumbing fixtures, expressive wallpaper, and luxury furnishings are layered throughout to create depth and cohesion.
