Based in Greenville, North Carolina, our team works with residential, commercial, hospitality and healthcare clients on projects of every scale. We handle design and development, product sales and installation. We cater to properties all over Eastern North Carolina with special projects extending as far south as the Cayman Islands.
Brings over 40 years of experience in the interior design industry. A respected leader in North Carolina’s design community and a graduate of East Carolina University’s School of Design, Judy has spearheaded major design projects all over Eastern North Carolina.
Bob Morgan, owner, is at the helm of operations. For close to 50 years, he and his wife Judy have grown the company into a trusted name in Eastern North Carolina. Bob is a respected leader in the interiors business with many longtime relationships with clients and manufacturers.
Lisa Faulkner has been a vital part of J. Morgan Design since 1998, playing a multifaceted role across nearly every aspect of business – designing, estimating, accounting and operations. She plays an integral role in managing corporate, commercial and residential projects from start to finish.
Ann Johnson has been an integral part of J. Morgan Design from the very beginning. A graduate of East Carolina University’s School of Design, Ann has coupled with Judy on thousands of projects over the years. Head of our cabinet division and lead draftsman, Ann’s attention to detail is critical to the success of our residential projects.
Ryanne Bunting is an interior designer with J. Morgan Design who brings a thoughtful blend of creativity and precision to every project. With a B.S. in Mathematics from East Carolina University and a certification in Interior Design, she combines analytical skill with artistic vision to create timeless, functional spaces.
Kent Norris, a graduate of East Carolina University with a degree in Construction Management, brings strong experience in commercial estimating, backed by hands-on tile installation expertise. He also serves as a warehouse organizer, ensuring efficient and precise operations behind the scenes.
Abbie Susen is an interior designer with J. Morgan Design whose passion is creating spaces that are both beautiful and highly livable.

A native of the Chicago suburbs, Abbie earned her B.S. in Interior Design from Illinois State University in 2020 and brings talent and fresh perspective to the team.
Tony Pendley is J. Morgan Design’s head installer and has been with the company since 1988. A true jack-of-all-trades and natural problem solver, he’s known for his pride in delivering high-quality work. Outside of work, Tony enjoys cooking, fishing, building racecars, and spending time with his family.

Anna Jericoff specializes in floor covering design, combining technical expertise with a strong eye for creating intentional, livable spaces. Outside of work, she enjoys tackling home projects with her husband, bringing that same dedication to every client through thoughtful, functional design.
